Step 1: The Scan. We eliminate the messy impression goo and instead use a cutting-edge 3D scanner – resembling a small wand – to capture highly accurate digital images of your teeth. This process takes just a few minutes and is both comfortable and precise.
Step 2: Custom Plan. This is where Dr. Azizi works her magic. She meticulously maps out the exact movement of each tooth from start to finish. She plans the sequence, timing, and every detail.
Step 3: Your Aligners. Once the plan is established, Invisalign creates your unique series of aligners. You’ll receive several sets at a time.
Step 4: Wear Them! You begin by inserting the first set of aligners. You should wear them for 20-22 hours a day (this part is crucial!). After about 1-2 weeks (based on Dr. Azizi’s guidance), you’ll switch to the next set in the series. Each new aligner continues the work of the previous one.
Step 5: Check-Ins.
